How the audit was run.
Five originality claims, each handed to independent search agents instructed to hunt for prior art and to refute novelty; every extracted finding adversarially verified by three further agents (2/3 refutes kills a finding; one was killed). Verdicts are absence-of-evidence from a finite sweep — greps establish absence of terminology, not of mathematically equivalent content. The house treats "apparently novel" as a standing invitation to be corrected.

Both ingredients: "dark energy from vacuum entanglement" is Lee–Lee–Kim 2007 (JCAP, holographic route); and the mechanism measurements of our N5 — negativity sudden death between vacuum regions, bound "halo" entanglement — are Klco–Savage 2020 / Klco–Beck–Savage 2021 (the "negativity sphere", PRD/PRA), published with explicitly no gravitational reading. Our lattice reserve-location largely reproduces their results. | The identification itself — Λ = the undistillable component, with sudden death as the reason that sector gravitates only as a constant — found nowhere. Wilson-Gerow, Dugad & Chen, "Decoherence by warm horizons" (arXiv:2405.00804, PRD 2024): the DSW rate derived from the fluctuation-dissipation theorem with Ohmic friction at the Unruh/KMS temperature, worldline-localized, including the inertial-vs-accelerated contrast. DSW themselves gave a local two-point-function description (arXiv:2407.02567). Folio VIII's central mechanism was in print two years before this house wrote it. | At most: the flat-space corollary as a unified statement (superohmic S ∝ ω³ ⇒ adiabatic BMV entanglement exactly free — which this house measured, 0.000000) and the membrane-absorption packaging. Round-2 audit (100 agents, 25 findings, all 3–0): already published in substance. The identical sine-kernel experiment: Eisler–Peschel 2017–18 (1703.08126, 1805.00078); the quantitative T·L = 2/π recovery: Arias–Blanco–Casini–Huerta (1611.08517, 0.7826 vs π/4); the analytic convergence proof: Eisler–Tonni–Peschel (1902.04474). Worse: the NN-parabola fit is proven ~8% biased (₃F₂ enhancement) — explaining our 6%-low reading. The zero-mode "failure" is documented and curable (Di Giulio–Tonni, ωL = 10⁻⁵⁰⁰): our diagnosis was an under-regularized run. | Nothing. Folio IV is a reproduction; credit line posted on the folio. Corrections posted to the folios.
- Folio VIII now opens its credit line to Wilson-Gerow–Dugad–Chen 2024 and DSW 2407.02567: the Ohmic/KMS derivation is theirs; the folio keeps the measured flat-space zero and the unified price list.
- Folio VI now credits Klco–Savage (the negativity sphere and bound halo, 2020–2021) as the published mechanism our N5 reproduced, and Lee–Lee–Kim 2007 for the headline; the folio's own contribution narrows to the Λ-identification.
- Folios I & II now credit Verlinde 2016's entropy displacement as the nearest ancestor of the Withdrawal.
- Folio V now cites Sahay–Lukin–Cotler and Casini–Huerta as the published halves of its comparison.
- Standing rule going forward: "to the best of our knowledge" expires sixty days after writing unless re-audited.
The honest summary of the whole programme after this audit: the bricks are the literature's; the monogamy bookkeeping that assembles them, the sign argument, the side-by-side measurements, and the Λ-identification are — for now, and pending Claim 5 — this house's own. That is a smaller estate than the folios first implied, and a real one.
